Mynt IPO Opens at ₱6.60 as GStocks PH Offers Real-Time Allocation
The initial public offering of Mynt Inc., the parent company of the group behind GCash, opened Tuesday at an offer price of ₱6.60 per share, with retail investors using GStocks PH able to subscribe through the GCash app.
The IPO offer period runs from October 6 to 12, 2026. GStocks PH users can place orders starting at 100 shares, or ₱660 at the offer price.
For orders placed on October 6 and 7, the first 100 shares will be allocated in real time, subject to availability. Additional shares will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with order fulfillment beginning October 8.
Investors can check whether their orders are fulfilled, pending or unfulfilled through their GStocks PH dashboard.
Mynt received its Permit to Sell from the Securities and Exchange Commission ahead of the offering. The IPO covers more than 8 billion shares and is valued at about ₱53 billion based on the final offer price.
The offering has drawn commitments from more than 20 local and global institutions, which are expected to account for about 70% of the allocation. These include certain funds and separately managed accounts managed by investment management subsidiaries of BlackRock Inc., the International Finance Corp. (IFC), BPI Asset Management and Trust Corp., and Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co.’s Trust Banking Group.
The offering also includes an overallotment option of up to 1,204,111,400 secondary common shares. If fully exercised, the IPO could raise about ₱60.9 billion.
GStocks PH, operated by AB Capital Securities Inc., allows eligible users to subscribe through the GCash app. Users can transfer funds from their GCash wallet to their trading wallet, select the Mynt IPO and enter the number of shares they want to purchase.
Mynt is the parent company of the group behind GCash and operates through businesses including G-Xchange Inc., which handles GCash’s payments and electronic money activities, and Fuse Financing Inc., which provides credit products through the platform.
